Gotta be something more to the A/S raise; legally they have to per the legal agreement with their one and only noteholder, but this could have been done the past 3 years as well.....so why now....has to be something more to this A/S raise......with O/S at 2.5 and current A/S at 5...and now 7.5...Mark should explain this very clearly.....

Just for clarification......not 75 million but 7.5 at .003.
