In my opinion, occasional tweets do not reach any critical mass of the investing community, or even SFOR shareholders, in general.
I'm afraid those particular tweets really don't answer the central question. The company already has 2.5B shares in reserve, why do they suddenly need to raise that to 5B?
If share price is at .003, then the already held 2.5B shares would equal about $75M dollars. That would seem to be enough to cover most near term expenses, so what's up?
