What exactly would I have to gain? Im not bashing the stock, Im letting everyone including Bill know what options he has. Obviously you do not understand the severity of TPAC current position. The SEC will suspend TPAC if Bill doesnt do something immediately. Once a SEC reporting stock hits that 2 year threshold of delinquency they go to the top of the list of stock to be suspended and later revoked. I guess ignoring this FACT and doing nothing would be better?

As for my comments about Bill I cant think of any reason anyone would defined the guy at this point unless they are Bill or a family member?
