Bill can bring this ticker back to life with a new business direction, small reverse split, and filings. Bill is healthy now. Why not implement said plan?

Put the past behind and start again. Run the stock hard from point of reverse split or if business takes off up-list to a higher exchange for higher gains.

I think his plan is to do nothing, though.
