I'd like to see a share buy back instituted because 2.4B (about) shares outstanding seems a bit unwieldy for a company this size and it probably hampers price appreciation. As far as I can tell, the jury is divided on whether it, or paying dividends, is the way to go.

All your ideas are good, I'd like to see some evidence of any of them in the near future.
