My thoughts on your questions of what revenue should/will be used for.
Pay off debts first.
Maintain/improve products to keep up with technology
Strikeforce doesn't market or sell - they use other companies to sell their technology, so very little money spent here.
But ...., BlocksafeTech is marketing and selling it's products. Hopefully they will grow big quickly.
I guess that once other obligations are taken care of, excess money can be used to buy shares back, but my un-experienced opinion always thought companies had to be making lots of huge profits before thinking of buying shares back.
Pursue legal battles against infringers.
And maybe even pay shareholders dividends.
