With this blood sucker on-board, I just don't see another way out for Discovery to unload all their shares. ~300MM shares
It would be nice to have a MMJ Mania v2.0 like 2 years ago then we have a different ball game. not likely Discovery is counting on MMj mania to score a big pay day.
Do you really think they can slow play like they did the past 2 years? Hence the struggle for them to get a 5MM to replay Discovery. They can chose to ride this to the ground or get a package on the way out. A few events needs to happen so Discovery can pitch OWCP to potential buyer(s).

July--shareholder letter with a few surprises-- plan for tablet production and export
July--expecting a response from USPTO on MM patent
End of summer 2019--- expecting at least one patent allowance from USPTO
