From what I know and saw and who I talked to while there....your scenario will not happen...they are not interested in giving up the company and it's for that reason, their stubborness to consider and listen to other ideas and offers that they are where they are right now.
You can write about doom and gloom but it's all conjecture.
While I don't like what they did with Discovery in my world I prefer that to a toxic reverse split.
Don't forget we all had a hand in forcing the company's hand.
What would you have them do?
