yes, MM patent will help.. However, I don't have faith in current mgmt to build value from partnership with the patent. They simply do not have the funds or business skills to take us to the next level.
Hence, they rather give up the farm then get a better deal financing deal to pay back Discovery.. that's why I think they already make a deal with the devil so to speak. crazy finder's fee though..
$1 per share buyout is about ~460MM OS
50 cents per share is ~230MM
If they can a buyer at ~230MM (50 cents) a share, that's about 33X their money. Mgmt probably will not object to the a buyout if they get to pocket a X amount. Remember, if mgmt don't object the deal, we don't stand a chance to vote down the deal, Discovery alone will have the majority vote.
I can see Discovery line-up a buyer in a hurry if we get great result from the tablet trail and allowance of grant will be icing on the cake.
with more resources, the new entity can turn those 32 active patent apps to fruition.
