I'm with hoops as far as Joe hopefully received verbal commitments, but the written agreement is probably with all those holder's lawyers to sign off on the language...and protections.
My question is that the news update is still vague. It says "Please note, for the dividend to be declared, certain non-float holding shareholders will have to waive their rights to receive the dividend; not all have provided written agreement at this time." My question is are they saying that no dividends will be issued at all for the certain non-float holding shareholders? Or are they saying the dividends will be paid and held by GNBT to use to purchase add'l companies? The message above says they "waive their rights to receive the dividend" which implies the dividend will be paid on all 60M+ shares, but the certain non-float holding shareholders will not get them and GNBT will keep them...for now. I am leaning towards the later.

Does it bother anyone, GNBT has not gotten all non float shareholders agreement on the dividend before making the initial announcement? Much less a week later, stating they don't have them all aboard?
