SCOTUS opened Pandora's box undermining their own PTAB winning decisions should prove patent eligibility in court.
We had every reason to be confident. The Scotus really messed us up and many others big time there. And they know it. So does congress.
So its something I believe there is support for from everyone involved.
Get it out of the courts and back in the hands of the patent dept. The courts should have clear legal guidance supporting the patent system all unified.
