That’s exactly my take away off from this latest S-1. This was all made possible by the November triggering event. In theory, discovery could’ve drove the price down to this level to make this transaction possible due to that triggering event. What concerns me is it appears they do have a controlling interest of the company now. Who knows what their intentions are. With little incentive to sell below two cents we probably have a bottom formed. Selling below that and they’re loosing money.
