Really confusing situation(s). Seems to me management has resolved the toxic loan issue and may also pick up 2+M in cash if certain other conversions take place which would help R&D. To me, the big question is how will Discovery use the shares. We are in a tenuous situation...........if ever we deserve some information from Hirsch it is now.........unfair for us to have to interpret and understand the latest filing........
