Just to point how silly it is. The market cap would need to fall below what is likely the yearly revenue run rate.

A smart question would be, when will the share price go above the warrant strike price of $3.443.

Given how tech companies are valued at this stage, I don't think it will be long. Only question will be, does the sp slowly get there over weeks/months or just in one day. I think the latter is possible under of few scenarios but either way is fine with me but with one, some people may miss out.

Some more food for thought. What would the value of the company be if it was...

1.) sold right now?

2.) sold in six months (EOY)?

3.) sold in two years?

4.) sold in five years?

The share prices in not an indication of the value of the company. I know this first hand as I was at a company that sold for a multiple of the current market cap.

I believe the value of the company right now is a multiple of the revenue. Is it 16.8 times? Do your own DD and decide or wait for analysts to come out.

I believe the value percent gain will be great going from 1 above to 2.
