I am also tendering the majority of my warrants. I do not have the capital to tender all of them and had to take a loan for those I am tendering.

I have signed an NDA so I won’t comment specifically on the change you are referring to but there is an interesting change in the paperwork provided if people are paying attention to the fine print. It could amount to nothing.
