Mr Doggie - I am tendering all of my warrants. As far as I can tell the investment bank is Paulson. I have two sets of warrants two through Paulson and one direct with the company on a note. I saw that Directors Welch and Klump did a note in December ish so I jumped in on that note as well. They seem to be very smart people. So I am following their lead on tendering as well. Tendering even the 30 cent warrants without really analyzing the value. May or may not be wise, oh well. Too late now.

My last call with Paulson leads me to believe they are running the tender offer. My rep knows about my note direct with company. No other investment bank is in play in my view. Paper work came direct from company. Follow up call by Paulson.

My view on this is that 70 to 80 percent of the warrants will come in the door. I am a gut feel speculator so no data to support the notion. Just what I feel.
