I looked it up before and between the two co-owners, they would have a network of hundreds of thousand of users
Their hopes as stated right in the PR was to gain adoption of tens of thousands of users. As much as some want to pretend they were going to roll it out to hundreds of thousands of users in a few months, that is not what the PR said. There was no time limit in the PR either.
"With this application, I expect we’ll far exceed the adoption rates of the software we’ve recommended in the past, which resulted in tens of thousands of users.”
If they get 20,000 users in the first year, great. If they don't the world doesn't come to an end. 20K users = $10M so the owners have a lot of incentive to make this happen.
Also the PR said, "The initial application will be branded for Ultirus".
I suspect you will see other app releases and other customer/partners.
