My critical thinking says that number of potential users and rate of adoption are two different things.

The number of RE agents that can choose to utilize the app is what it is, which the press release stated- The amount of time it takes for those users to utilize a tool (and if they do at all), has nothing to do with VERB, nor were any expectations set for adoption in the press release, to my recollection.
