The one you were reviewing seems to be a little more M&A targeted, which has more to do with corporate structure and financing and less with licensing etc, and rights-access... which if this is for UP/UC/IBD at least for the first part, would be critical structure-wise, for IPIX to get the best deal possible moving forward.
I hope this DL is available for you. There's some insightful info there that I believe to be relevant to IPIX's current situation.
