Obviously none of us knows what kind of deal is in the making.I'm assuming either the licensing of an asset or sale of an asset or a partnership.
The latest PR referred to the term "Definitive Agreement" so I'm throwing this post out there for any with a banking/legal background to chime in.
Usually by the time a Term Sheet is signed, much of the DD has already been completed which took most of the time involved.
As suggested by the article, arriving at a "Definitive Agreement" could happen rather quickly (30-60 days) if I'm reading it correctly.
Hopefuly we'll get some educated opinions on it.(From RELIABLE POSTERS)
