Agree. Seems many think partnership is the probable outcome here and this does seem to be more related to purchase of a company or purchase of parts of a company (assets). Does illustrate the possible/probable complexity of the negotiations that are probably ongoing. Interesting that the site linked uses "inquisition" and not "acquisition".
