ACE, let me see if I can help clarify. Think of SFOR and Gallagher like Progressive Insurance, Its a bundle package!!!! If you purchase insurance from Gallagher you are automatically buying SFOR PRODUCTS.

In other words, you can't purchase Gallagher insurance without getting the SFOR products, they are sold together as a package! So if a customer doesn't want SFOR products, they will not be insured by Gallagher because SFOR products are part of the deal period.....

Still don't want SFOR products with your insurance? Then you'll have to get insured by someone else because Gallagher won't sell to you.
