I understand what you wrote, but I'm not seeing how it works. It seems like your belief is that customers have to show proof of purchase of our software and when they do, they get a discount from Gallagher? Which would mean that the customers are paying us before they buy anything from Gallagher. .
Otherwise, how could we get paid first? Gallagher would pay us upfront, then bill their customers for reimbursement? When I was at the shareholders' meeting 3 years ago, Mark told me he wanted to sell the company within a year. Or so I thought, meaning that shareholders don't always come away from those get-togethers with the correct impressions.
Maybe someone who was at the latest meeting could clarify, please?
