Just started OA, I’m open to your guidance.
I have couple of questions for you or anyone else on the board:
1) what was the Q1 net loss/net profit for the combined company? E*TRADE has it as negative, but I assume that’s because they aren’t yet allowed to officially report the combined numbers. I saw gross profit in the combined statement, but not net profit.
I’m guessing there’s a temporary net loss due to the deal costs that will shake out, otherwise I think their net profit would have been reported loudly.
2) I’m looking forward to their webcast and answering Sh questions. Any good ideas for questions? If we farm them out and we all suggest the key questions, we’re likely to get them all answered.
Positive/intelligent questions only please and ideally only questions they are likely to be able to answer.
