I’ve thought about this a lot. Rory was retired, he could be doing whatever he wanted to do. He could be traveling around the world or retired with a beach house.

He’s CEO of a company, not because he needs the money, I mean, he’s probably 5-7 million dollars in and hasn’t sold a share, hasn’t taken any money either.
I’ve always thought, and am 99% sure I’m right, he’s here to be not only a part of change but be the change in how things are done, whether you’re selling, applying, learning, teaching, buying, anything. It’s not the money, it’s the making a name for himself and his team, including us, without us there’s no them without them there’s definitely no us. I bet he doesn’t care at all about the money he has in the company, he cares more about us, and his workers.
