As an addendum recall that Rory indicated that AGP may be looking to buy. Initially that would be to support the price. Later with the price having cratered AGP may be looking to buy not only to give some support to the price but also knowing that VERB's business is progressing well so buying with the plan to sell after the 2Q report is probably low risk.

And to add fuel AGP will come out with a glowing report in the interim.
