I think the acquisition being delayed hurt us more than what we expected.
A few have mentioned the concept of other not involved investors - "I'm an investor, I heard about the VERB company so let's take a look at NASDAQ ....hmmm only 9k in revenues, no insiders, only 1 institutional investor with 200 shares....no thanks."
They would have to dig deep into PR's, the 10Q, etc. To get an actual understanding of the potential. Which a lot do not do because they are immediately turned away from the easily available numbers on the site.
Once we get Q2 results I believe this mindset will change as we will have numbers that can actually be posted on the sites for easy access.
