Should be August 15th for institutional investors, not June 15th, my apologies. 45 days after the end of the quarter. I thought there was a possibility of them having to show their shares for Q1, but the offering didn’t close until Q2 so they have time.

This would mean that if they wanted to sell all of their shares and keep warrants like many have stated as a possibility then no one would know they ever had shares because they bought and sold in the same quarter, that’s my understanding. They report the shares they hold at quarter end.
