From your experience, how much time could be saved if more were done to minimize the bureaucratic side of the equation in regard to getting a drug through the process? Obviously different drugs have different trials, but let’s say in general, on a percentage basis, how much time could be saved if the bureaucracy was streamlined even more than it has been?
