oh i learned that lesson a decade ago

cash acct whose OTC shares were *accessed* as part of NRs' final kill on
another OTC target
where actual investors held the Float (about 3x over) ..

hence my comment over the past 10 years that they all collude

it's one of the reasons i've taken the time to learn what gets done and when
the why was never in doubt .. $$$$$

FIDO now takes their marching orders on OTC stocks from OTC Markets
a for profit site with all that that implies .. yesterday on IPIX OTC Markets
did their usual .. *lag* time for their RT (real time) .. .. l2 re: B/A

i have no doubts based on just what *volume* was dumped in the last 4 months of
2018 by NR .. that NR is scrambling .. the last aspect they want is for Innovation
to execute let alone succeed .. NRs' dirty tactics on an uneven OTC playing field
almost always ensures NRs' 99% *success rate*

here's to educated retail investors and aware OTC mgmt teams ..
