That is your first indicator that Fidelity is about to dump you as a customer,
they told me they could not provide me the service I needed and closed my account to new trading, I could only withdraw shares and go somewhere else.. SS checks went into limbo because they refused to take them too..
never but never think that Fidelity is on your side.
