Please please please please pretty please get through (or anyone) to Steve that the audit should be ongoing for 6 months before he even acknowledges to anyone that he is even thinking about doing an audit....

the audit will be brutal imo (i'm an "ex" auditor) as he is more salesman by far than finance guy.
