toodles imo the AUDIT is in the plans for ONCI but I also think
the priorities r as follows >

> Get the 2nd PL launched and collect the FLOOD of CASH
that will bring to ONCI. SB has said he believes once the
2nd PL launches that will trigger making more PL deals
as well. If he's right more CASH to ONCI coffers.

> Use that CASH to accelerate the buildout of HEXA divisions
GIFTCARD+MJ and down the road DENTAL.

> Once that is all accomplished then I do believe the
AUDIT is the next step likely sometime in 2020.

I could be wrong of course he may get back to the AUDIT
sooner but that's how I see it.
