Here's the point: the FUD comes in when they try to make people think that Bril-OM is not going to result in another deal, with more money.
Wrong.
Whoever the "global" prospective partner is, they do NOT have Bril-OM included in this term sheet. They have the right of first NEGOTIATION for it, probably -- but that does not mean that it's the same deal. It will be an ADDITIONAL deal.
The scum are trying to make this term sheet look less good than it is.
It's great.
And it in no way affects IPIX's ability to make a separate deal for Bril-OM -- with presumably another upfront payment and royalties -- whether it's with this prospective partner under "right of first negotiation," or with another company if the company doesn't like their offer.
