The BP of the term sheet is in the driver's seat for the entire Brilacidin mouth-to-anus platform IMO.
To me it makes no difference whether they do or don't have last rights to OM because even if the term sheet BP doesn't have last rights to OM deal, they will still meet or beat any other offer to make sure they keep the entire mouth-to-anus platform so in the end they will acquire it along with every other GI tract indication.
What BP in their right mind would let such an indication slip through their hands when they control all the others?
Whatever is the case w/ OM, it is a win-win for IPIX.
