Often analysts specialize in certain industry types. Probably have to try and convince analysts that follow other CRM industry stocks to take a look at VERB. I am sure Rory and others are working on that. Also continued earnings growth will just naturally attract analysts to the stock.
Since there aren't many cases of OTC stocks going to NASDAQ, I have never looked at another case but I'm thinking analysts may want to see it on NASDAQ for some period of time - maybe 3 to 6 months, before they start covering. Just a hunch, maybe not a good one, but also I bet Rory is working on getting the word out to analysts that cover other companies involved in CRM. Usually stocks are grouped by industry category and I'm sure we now fall into some grouping that shows stocks that are in the same "industry grouping" as ours. I bet Rory is working that list or will do so soon. Again some may just naturally find us as more earnings releases get out.
One might have to go look to see how fast other stocks that made the move from OTC to NASDAQ started getting coverage.
