I don't think a lot of people really understand what a huge deal it was for Rory to seek out and find Sound Concepts and get them to agree to merge. I know he said Sound Concepts was not up for sale and had not thought about selling the company. He did his homework obviously, found the company that was capturing the MLM sales market, which was untapped by nFusz, and went and got them to agree to be acquired.

That is going to continue to pay off obviously, and I don't think Wall Street yet has any clue as to the former Sound Concepts true worth, they don't know how to value such a company, apparently.
