I can't imagine going from in vitro straight to Phase 2. We can't rely on Maraviroc studies because our mechanism of action is slightly different. Because NASH differs from HIV and cancer me may have yo go through all the steps.
Most likely we're starting out from in vitro rather than in vivo just to show proof of concept at a low cost.
