I agree with you and feel NP should disclose any financial plans before we’re giving him carte blanche to use an extra 100 million shares.
I strongly feel he should do so out of respect to the shareholders who he has been promising non dilutive financing being close more than once. While increasing (pre) clinical tests might add value that will not be reflected in a share price increase as long as our financial situation is opaque.
It’s encouraging that NP states he won’t dilute at the current share price. Fact remains that ultimately he might be forced to do so.
Come on NP, release The Kraken on shorters!
