Appreciate having a knowledgeable poster with a strong science background, which I do not.
Does introducing a new class of drugs one the FDA is not so familiar with make the process harder? One would think so and perhaps it explains some of the time delays and no BTD.
Just getting to a phase 3 is a major accomplishment 2/3 fail in phase 1 or 2 give or take.
Hard to believe that we don't find a partner given the future revue stream and possible other platforms.
