Hey DB, I've been reading and re-reading your post. The thing I found most interesting was your presumption that DF has been able to get $5MM. I do remember that DF has talked about this in the past, but I haven't seen anything recently about this. Are you aware of anything concrete, or was this just an "if, then" speculation? To my knowledge, DF has not publically stated that $5MM was obtained. Did I miss something? Guess we'll know when DF determines that a disclosure is warranted.

I did appreciate your reminding me (and all NTEKers) about the desire to pay dividends when we are profitable. May we become profitable.
