Something is up and even though the company has stated their intentions to do a future buy back I think expected news will be funding for kick start the business plan. Lets start with presumption NTEK negotiated a $5 mil loan. Now they can pay off the 10 law suits totaling $2 mil and lawyer to eliminate the CE. With the $3 mil the deals with three major studios for "A" content can be initiated. If it takes one million subscribers for Ultraflix as a breakeven point then new content can easily double the over 600K users they have now. Announcement of a cash infusion of $5 mil will push the pps over $ .10 -15. Just imagine what a even larger funding would do. This fall Ultraflix will be a service that will become well known. Next year subscribers could be in the millions on our way to a multiple dollar stock. Don't forget a stated goal is to distribute 20 pct of profits to shareholders as well.
