I believe the PPS is being ran up by professional

I believe the PPS is being ran up by professional OTC traders to make money I have seen this to many times in all kind of stocks. All I was saying for those who want to sell to take advantage of this price pump need to come up with their price point and pull the trigger hopefully before the party is over. Easier said than done.
