Intersteller cost them 1 million alone, salaries were $2-3 million per year until they had to down size, California rents are high as with everything there. $12.5 million could go poof very quickly. They have been in business nearly ten years. I didn't like they had to dilute my shares issuing billion plus shares at sub penny to pay expenses which I believe resulted in devastating 25.1 r/s. But it was better than going out of business all together.
