Well Bob, that 12.5 million didn't go to the company, if it had, the company could have paid everything off (lawsuits) with money left over. It was the Royal Capital stock you see in the financials, over and over again to the tune of 1.1 billion shares. Royal Capital was set up by David and Lisa. They took that stock and sold it to an outfit called River North for 12.5 million dollars who in turn sold it into the market. This was just before David left for prison. That's what ticks me off. If that money was used for the company we would be debt free.

Here it is, we can debate a lot of this but the transfer of stock and where it came from and where it went, is not.
