Trding , my understanding is that if they will go with 525 it will be only for HIV ,
They hoping that cancer patients will tolerate 700 mg and that what Dr Pestell is planing to use , so for future diseases FDA will have from cancer , 700 mg study ..

I just want them to approve combo ASAP with whatever dose .,
And let’s start to make some money so they don’t need to sell shares for 0.40 for expenses..,

That is very bad article , very misleading .

You are right , there is no such a thing like zero possibility to transmit HIV if patients is with VL < 50 copies/ ml.
It is a very low risk but it is .

In USA only about 45-50% patients have VL < 50 copies/ml.
And it is much worse in Africa and Central and South America .
We also know that during vaccination and some diseases like flu VL might go up ...
And now Let’s add drug resistant patients ,
Right now with new HIV patients we see more drug resistant virus than not .
Those patients will never have VL <50 copies/ml on present treatment .

No , until there is a cure , and vaccination , HIV is not going away .,
