Thanks misiu, that was it. I commented on NP saying that about combo on my first listen. My first thought was would it be 525mg only or both, and if it was both what the safety numbers would be. But he said they could be done, so I guess 525mg only could be an option.

I know we need to get to the BLA now, so go with 525mg if that is an option. They could have the BLA done in maybe June if they press. But I did like the 700mg option being approved. They might get more off-label cancer patients than combo HIV, with good tnbc numbers and pre-clinical numbers. I know with humira, there was a lottery I believe due to the popularity before approval , but imagine it was already approved for another indication like leronlimab will be.
