Very good to know. That is what I have been waiting for. Not sure how much "news" there will be outside of the terms of a potential settlement. If a settlement occurs any material information would generally be disclosed through either a press release or corporate filing. Because the Company does not report it would make sense the information would be disseminated via a press release.
