DECN's day in the Federal Circuit (patent) Court is coming soon. Court ordered mediation and then oral arguments in DECN's case against J&J will get a court date. The litigation players will again jump into DECN's stock. Let us say that the court date is June 11 or 12 with mediation the day previous. That means a ruling by the 3-judge panel in early November, or a summertime settlement. It also means that the iHub board will go crazy and the bottom feeding litigation players will show up again en mass on the Yahoo board. There will be a lot of news and a lot of speculation -- most of it wrong. The summertime settlement will gain momentum if the lead judge on the panel, the same guy DECN has drawn in that court the three times previously, treats J&J like the nasty trolls that they are -- again. That will be the impetus to settlement. The stakes are high.
