Going back to your previous post, again per the Feb SHL, Steve is not looking to "remove" Tim Owens name from the Preferred Shares. He's working to retire his preferred shares altogether. So, there's 30 million preferred, of which, in the 1A, Steve stated 20 million would be moved to Colorado. I would guess that Tim Owens then owns the 10 million they need to retire. IMO.
